## About the Role

* Minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure design, or architecture.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory engineering (on-prem and hybrid environments).
 * Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
 * Advanced troubleshooting and production support experience in enterprise environments.
 * Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Experience with hybrid identity and modern authentication technologies.
 * Knowledge of server/client architecture and virtual environments.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred).

## Description

This role focuses on advanced engineering, architecture, and troubleshooting of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra solutions within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable identity and access solutions while serving as a technical mentor and escalation point for complex issues., * Design, implement, and support enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) environments.

 * Lead infrastructure design reviews and contribute to architecture standards and best practices.
 * Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and access-related issues.
 * Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture and support procedures.
 * Collaborate with vendors and external partners when needed.
 * Mentor junior engineers and review technical work, documentation, and proposed changes.
 * Ensure alignment with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
 * Stay current on emerging technologies and continuously improve existing environments.
