 * Installation und Verwaltung von virtuellen Servern (z. B. VMware)
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit
 * Unterstützung der Nutzer bei IT-Problemen (First- und Second-Level-Support)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
 * Dokumentation von Systemen und Netzwerken, 1. Analyse der Qualifikationen
