 * Apply strong technical judgment to navigate complex trade-offs, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and mitigate critical program risks. Facilitate effective decision-making to maintain program momentum.
 * Partner with Directors and Managers across Engineering and Product to streamline operational processes, simplify execution, and manage objectives and key results (OKRs) for the pillar.
 * Drive continuous improvement, and introduce best practices for reproduceability and scalability in a dynamic environment.
 * Create visibility for program progress and bridge communication gaps across pillars.
