## Description

* Organisation und Koordination von Büro- und Verwaltungsprozessen in einem technologieorientierten Umfeld
 * Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung sowie der IT-Teams im administrativen Tagesgeschäft
 * Termin- und Reisemanagement, inklusive digitaler Meeting-Koordination (z. B. via MS Teams/Zoom)
 * Verwaltung von Verträgen, Lizenzen und IT-bezogenen Dokumentationen
 * Rechnungsprüfung, vorbereitende Buchhaltung und Unterstützung im Controlling
 * Pflege von Kunden-, Projekt- und Lieferantendaten in CRM- und ERP-Systemen
 * Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
 * Unterstützung bei internen und externen Kommunikationsprozessen (Newsletter, Projektdokumentation, Präsentationen)
