Deine Erfahrungen:

 * Erfahrungen im technischen Support, Kundendienst oder Service
 * Kenntnisse im Heizungsbereich oder mit Wärmepumpen von Vorteil - alternativ hohe Lernbereitschaft
 * Technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Support- oder Ticketsystemen von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden und Fachpartner (telefonisch & per E-Mail, ggf. per Fernzugriff)
 * Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung unserer Wärmepumpen- und Heizsysteme
 * Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Supportanfragen
 * Technische Beratung von Installateuren, Fachpartnern und Endkunden
 * Enge Abstimmung mit Service, Abwicklung und Produktmanagement
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen sowie Pflege technischer Unterlagen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung unserer Supportprozesse und Produkte
