* Qualifikation: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Lean Portfolio Management, Portfolio Governance, agilen Operating Models oder vergleichbaren Transformationskontexten, idealerweise als Value Management Officer oder in vergleichbarer Funktion
 * Portfolio- und Transformationskompetenz: Du verstehst, wie Strategie, Portfolio, Produktentwicklung und Umsetzung zusammenspielen - und kannst daraus klare Entscheidungs- und Steuerungslogiken ableiten.
 * Agile Methodenkompetenz: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in agiler Produktentwicklung, skalierten Arbeitsweisen und idealerweise SAFe-orientierten Ansätzen, Agile Release Trains oder RTE-Rollen mit.
 * Systemisches Denken: Du identifizierst Zusammenhänge zwischen Wertbeitrag, Flow, Abhängigkeiten, Kapazitäten und organisationalen Hindernissen und machst sie für andere entscheidungsfähig sichtbar.
 * Moderation und Stakeholder-Management: Du kannst anspruchsvolle Entscheidungs-, Konflikt- und Klärungsprozesse sicher moderieren und auf Executive- wie operativer Ebene überzeugend und wirksam kommunizieren.
 * Technologieverständnis: Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung, technische Enabler, Architektur- und Plattformthemen, ohne selbst Architekturverantwortung übernehmen zu müssen.
