## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Erfahrung im Betrieb von Microsoft-Cloud-Technologien wie Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune und SharePoint Online.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft-Cloud-Services sowie im Betrieb, der Fehleranalyse und der Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der fachlichen Begleitung oder Ausbildung von Fachinformatikern für Systemintegration
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

## Description

* Du übernimmst den Betrieb, die Überwachung und die Administration unserer Microsoft-Cloud-Services.
 * Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support analysierst Du systematisch und behebst sie nachhaltig.
 * Changes sowie Service-Anforderungen setzt Du technisch um und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung.
 * Die Fehleranalyse entlang der gesamten Service-Kette - vom Client über Identitäten bis hin zu Cloud- und Security-Komponenten - gehört zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag.
 * Gemeinsam mit dem Service Management, unseren Kunden und bei Bedarf auch den Herstellern arbeitest Du an optimalen Lösungen.
 * Für eine vollständige und nachvollziehbare technische Dokumentation sowie eine sorgfältige Ticketpflege trägst Du die Verantwortung.
 * Mit Deinem technischen Know-how stellst Du die Stabilität, Verfügbarkeit und Qualität unserer Microsoft-Cloud-Services sicher.
