 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
 * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and common collaboration tools.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment., * Experience supporting healthcare, public health, or government-related initiatives.
 * Familiarity with program evaluation methodologies.
 * Experience conducting research and literature reviews.
 * Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.

 * Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to track key performance metrics and business outcomes.

 * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve reporting processes and data quality.
 * Translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions.
 * Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation for leadership.
 * Support data governance initiatives and help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
 * Assist with project planning, timelines, risk tracking, and impact assessments.
