The person in the position would typically work between 8:00am to 4:30 pm. The position may work occasionally starting at 7:00am CST with some night shifts ending at 6:30 pm CST Monday through Friday. The person hired would join the team of testing coordinators and would be responsible for the following: * Data entry of scheduled exams- Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft word, Outlook, Teams, and other computer programs. * Coordination with both students and instructors as it relates to taking exams with the DAC- You will be responsible for the approval or denial of student's test requests. * Exam monitoring via camera software. * Answering phone calls/filling out paperwork/other general clerical and office related tasks * Personally delivering exams upon completion across MTSU's campus Typical Duties include, but are not limited to: · - Transporting confidential/sealed tests from one location on campus to another- This may require having a good sense of direction and being comfortable with using a golf cart around campus.
