## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field - or self-taught with a portfolio that proves it
 * Experience with some of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Flutter, SQL, APIs, AI tools
 * A builder's mindset and genuine curiosity about how a business operates
 * High attention to detail and strong communication skills
 * Ability to obtain an OMMA Cannabis Employee credential (required by Oklahoma law - we'll walk you through the process)
 * No laboratory experience required. We'll teach you the science

## Description

Then: design and build the software that replaces the manual work you just did - working directly under our lead systems architect (who built our custom lab software from scratch) with regular access to the founder. Projects on the roadmap include:

 * Laboratory workflow automation
 * Mobile apps and a customer portal
 * AI-powered reporting tools
 * Barcode and inventory systems
 * Data dashboards
