In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our business units, technical teams, and external implementation partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing full-lifecycle ERP implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while minimizing disruption to daily operations., 1. Project Leadership & Governance * Define Scope & Strategy: Establish project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders. * Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, detailed timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. * Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, forecast financial expenditures, and manage vendor invoicing and scope changes. 2. Implementation & Delivery * Lifecycle Management: Lead all phases of the ERP lifecycle: business process mapping, requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), training, and go-live deployment. * Integration & Customization: Work closely with technical architects to ensure seamless integration between the new ERP and existing legacy systems. * Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered ERP solution aligns with industry best practices and meets compliance and security standards. 3.
