## Description

The Release of Information Management Department is seeking a Release of Information Specialist to assist with the daily operations of the department. The release of information specialist will work under the Assistant Director and should be qualified to perform tasks including, but not limited to: processing and completing medical records requests; answering phones; retrieving and returning charts; scanning medical records and any duties commensurate with their ability as requested by the supervisor.
