This is a hands-on technical role - you will be responsible for the physical deployment, configuration, operational readiness, and ongoing maintenance of identity verification kiosks in production environments. You will report to the Client Solutions Team Lead and work closely with engineering, operations, and account management to ensure every deployment meets NextgenID's standards for reliability, compliance, and client satisfaction. We are not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. This role requires someone who can show up at a client site, commission a kiosk, troubleshoot hardware and software integration issues in real time, and leave the client confident that the system works. You will be the face of NextgenID at the point of delivery.
