Technical Skills:

 * Proficiency in VB.NET, Transact-SQL, and embedding HTML in SQL for XML

 * Experience with Vue.js (front end) and Express.js (back end)

 * Strong understanding of JavaScript and full-stack development principles

 * Familiarity with integrating front-end and back-end systems

 * Ability to write clean, well-formatted, and maintainable code

 * Emphasis on strong error handling, readability, and performance

Soft Skills:

 * Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies

 * Strong communication and collaboration skills

 * Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively

 * Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

 * Reliable in following a project from start to finish, * Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required)
 * SQL Certification is highly preferred
 * 2+ years' experience in a similar industry is a plus, but not required

## Description

We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Developer to join our growing team in Melbourne, FL.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior developers to maintain and improve our internal software systems and client-facing web portals. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment where learning, collaboration, and clean code are valued.

A Day in the Life

As an Entry-Level Developer, your average day will include:

 * Maintaining and debugging internal software systems

 * Managing and enhancing our web-based customer portals

 * Collaborating with team members to build new features and functionality

 * Participating in code reviews and project discussions

 * Writing well-documented, maintainable code with a focus on performance and error handling

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

An Entry-Level Developer should be eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and adapt quickly to new technology, languages, and frameworks.

 * Assist with various tasks such as coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software applications

 * Writing code based on specifications provided by senior team members

 * Collaborating with senior team members to ensure projects are completed successfully

 * Provide feedback and suggestions in a casual, friendly tone, making technical advice approachable and understandable

 * Actively seek feedback, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve coding skills and knowledge
