* 2+ years of IT Help Desk or MSP experience
 * Strong Windows desktop troubleshooting skills
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365
 * Familiarity with Active Directory
 * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
 * Experience with remote support software
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills
 * Professional appearance and attitude
 * Valid driver's license
 * Clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

 * Microsoft Intune
 * Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
 * NinjaOne or other RMM platforms
 * Datto
 * UniFi Networking
 * SonicWall
 * Meraki
 * Hyper-V
 * VMware
 * Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions
 * Cybersecurity best practices

## Description

* Provide remote and onsite technical support for business clients
 * Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops
 * Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
 * Manage Active Directory and user accounts
 * Configure new computers and migrate user profiles
 * Install and troubleshoot printers and scanners
 * Diagnose basic network connectivity issues
 * Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
 * Document work performed in the ticketing system
 * Maintain excellent communication with customers
 * Participate in an on-call rotation as the company grows
