## About the Role

* Recent experience leading or managing SAP IS-U testing on large enterprise implementations.
 * Proven experience coordinating end-to-end testing activities across complex environments.
 * Experience working with System Integrators (SI) and multiple vendor teams.
 * Strong background managing testing involving a large number of edge and integration systems (60+ integrations preferred).
 * Expertise facilitating defect management, including leading large defect triage meetings and driving issue resolution.
 * Experience creating test status reports, dashboards, and testing metrics, with the ability to analyze results and improve testing efficiency.
 * Strong understanding of test planning, execution, regression testing, UAT, SIT, and defect lifecycle management.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

 * Utility industry experience.
 * SAP IS-U implementation or modernization experience.
 * Experience with enterprise test management tools (ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).

Location Requirement

 * Must be based in Arizona or willing to travel to Arizona as needed.
