Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Leistungsträger oder Leiter von PMO-Organisationen in der IT-Branche. Erfahrungen in der Anwendung gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden (Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung)
Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement (IPMA Level B oder PMI PMP oder PRINCE2 Practitioner)
Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in einschlägigen Tools wie MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, JIRA und MS-SharePoint * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Level) sind zwingend erforderlich

 * Sie zeichnet außerdem ein sicheres Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit aus

## Description

Temporäre fachliche Führung des bestehenden PMO-Teams im Rahmen einer Elternzeit * Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Prozesse

 * Festlegung von Teamzielen
 * Delegieren von Aufgaben und Fristen
 * Coaching und Ermittlung des Schulungsbedarfs des Teams
 * PMO Tätigkeiten in verschiedenen Projekten (u.a. Risikomanagement, Planung und Moderation von JF oder Workshops, Pflege von Datenbanken)
 * Abbildung und Pflege in MS-Project, MS SharePoint und Atlassian Jira
 * Controlling in Bezug auf Termine, Meilensteine, Anforderungen, Liefereinheiten, Mitwirkungshandlungen und Budget
 * Management von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen, Konfigurationen und Risiken Administrative Tätigkeiten (u.a. Terminkoordination und -durchführung, Qualitätssicherung, Mitarbeiter On- und Offboarding, Listenpflege und -abgleich), Unterstützung bei Sonderthemen
