In this role, you will leverage your expertise in virtualization, cloud platforms, and distributed systems to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our IT environment. Your proactive approach to engineering troubleshooting, system optimization, and automation will drive operational excellence across our organization. You'll carry deep infrastructure expertise and you'll build the AI-native muscle into how we run the MSP itself: using automation and AI to raise quality and lower cost across everything we deliver, internally and for clients. You'll be one of our first technical hires, setting the standard other engineers build on as we grow, not inheriting one. This is a chance to help stand up a business with real backing and real upside, and build it the right way from day one.
