## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
 * 5+ years of experience in restaurant/bar management, hospitality, restaurant technology, merchant onboarding, customer support, or field implementation.
 * Experience working directly with restaurant managers and employees.
 * Experience implementing or supporting POS systems, digital ordering platforms, restaurant SaaS, or similar technology.
 * Strong training, customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple launches with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
 * Comfortable working independently in fast-paced restaurant environments.
 * Willingness to travel frequently within the region and across the country.
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

 * Experience with Toast, Square, Clover, Olo, NCR, Oracle MICROS, or similar platforms.
 * Experience with white-label ordering, online ordering, delivery, or restaurant marketplace platforms.
 * Spanish fluency is a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour

## Description

We are seeking a Launch Specialist to onboard restaurant partners onto digital ordering and SaaS platforms. This is a hands-on, merchant-facing role involving regular travel to restaurant locations for implementation, training, troubleshooting, and launch support.

Responsibilities

 * Manage restaurant onboarding from planning through launch.
 * Travel to merchant sites for software setup, configuration, training, and go-live support.
 * Train restaurant managers and staff on digital ordering and SaaS tools.
 * Create training materials and adoption resources.
 * Troubleshoot technical, operational, and workflow issues.
 * Improve restaurant workflows to increase adoption and revenue.
 * Track launch milestones, risks, readiness, and follow-up actions.
 * Partner with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams.
 * Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding and merchant experience.
