Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, implementing QoS, and managing network segmentation and redundancy. * Ability to produce detailed designs, implementation plans, and operational support documents. * Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination across multiple environments. Mandatory Skills: CISCO Wireless Admin .
