This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring product enhancements deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate has experience owning enterprise planning products and excels in Agile environments while partnering with supply chain and business leaders. Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and backlog for one or more Integrated Business Planning (IBP) products.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and define product vision.
Lead Agile delivery by managing backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and product releases.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
Drive continuous improvement through iterative product development and data-driven decision making.
Track product KPIs, user adoption, delivery metrics, and business outcomes.
Maintain product documentation and communicate roadmap priorities to stakeholders.
