The contractor team provides subject matter expertise, detailed assessments, and synchronization of DOTMLPF-P efforts across the Naval Services. The JADC2 SME focuses on data interoperability, advanced command and control integration, and the digital pathways that connect the Joint Force. This role evaluates how maritime targeting data flows across multi-domain networks to support rapid, resilient sensor-to-shooter pairing.
