 * Automation & Tooling: Advanced Bash scripting and Python development; experience using Flask to build internal tools/APIs is a major plus.
 * Build Systems: Deep knowledge of Maven and Gradle for Java microservices and npm/yarn for Angular applications.
 * App-Dev Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the end-to-end "Code-to-Cloud" flow, including containerization, automated testing integration, and deployment logic.
 * Environment & Observability: Experience with Jenkins on EKS (or general cloud deployment) and familiarity with Splunk and Datadog for monitoring and logging.
