About the Position This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in technology. You do not need previous Restaurant POS experience-we'll teach you. Our training is designed to get you working with customers quickly. Most new technicians begin handling customer support and service calls independently within their first few weeks while continuing to build their technical knowledge alongside our experienced team. This position combines both Help Desk Support and Field Service. You'll assist customers over the phone, remotely access their systems, and travel throughout the Phoenix area to install equipment, troubleshoot issues, and train restaurant staff. No two days are exactly alike, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with customers.
