 * Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
 * Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune.
 * Support Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Conditional Access.
 * Implement MFA and cloud security best practices.
 * Troubleshoot complex cloud issues.
 * Provide architecture recommendations and documentation.
