* Strong risk identification, management, and mitigation experience
 * Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams
 * Experience tracking releases from planning through production deployment
 * Strong Jira expertise, including dashboards, reporting, dependency management, and release tracking

 * Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, milestones, and executive status reporting., We are looking for a highly organized, delivery-focused Project Manager who can quickly understand a complex environment, proactively identify and mitigate risks, drive accountability across teams, manage releases end-to-end, and leverage Jira to provide visibility while ensuring commitments are actually completed.

## Description

We are looking for a strong Project Manager to help drive execution across several business and technology initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for running status meetings, tracking action items to closure, following up with stakeholders on commitments, and ensuring releases are delivered successfully. More importantly, I need someone who is focused on getting work done, identifying risks early, and driving mitigation plans before issues impact delivery., * Proactive risk identification, structured mitigation planning, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

 * Ability to drive accountability, address performance gaps professionally, remove blockers, and follow through until commitments are met.
 * Learning agility, structured onboarding approach, ability to quickly understand priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
 * Deep Jira expertise including dashboards, reporting, dependency management, release tracking, and executive visibility.
 * Release management experience, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and successful delivery under pressure.
 * Practical experience operating in hybrid delivery environments with a focus on outcomes rather than methodology.
 * Focus on project health, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions needed, and action item ownership rather than activity reporting.
 * Sound judgment, timely escalation, clear communication of business impact, and recommendations for resolution.
 * Understanding that project management is more than reporting. Strong candidates will emphasize accountability, risk management, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring commitments are completed.
 * Ensure the candidate has experience with new app development. How have they helped drive testing and go-live activities?
 * Please focus on candidates who have demonstrated a track record of driving outcomes, managing risk, and ensuring teams deliver on their commitments.
