## About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both providing hands-on skincare treatments and creating a welcoming, seamless experience for every client from check-in to check-out., * Active Massachusetts Esthetician License (Required)

 * Laser Certification (Required)
 * Previous experience as a Laser Technician in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred.
 * Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology office, aesthetic clinic, or front desk/patient coordinator role is a plus.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Comfortable using scheduling software and computer systems.
 * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 * Honest, dependable, and team-oriented.
 * Sales-driven mindset with the ability to recommend services and retail products confidently.
 * Existing client base is a plus but not required., We're looking for someone who is:
 * Passionate about aesthetics and skincare
 * Laser Certified
 * Friendly, polished, and professional
 * Sales-oriented with excellent client relationship skills
 * Detail-oriented and highly organized
 * Comfortable balancing treatment room responsibilities with front desk operations
 * Motivated to grow with a thriving medical spa

## Description

* Educate clients on skincare, treatment plans, and home-care recommendations.
 * Recommend and sell skincare products, treatment packages, memberships, and services through consultative conversations.
 * Maintain treatment rooms and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards., * Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions.
 * Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the practice management system.
 * Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate client records.
 * Coordinate provider schedules to ensure efficient daily operations.
 * Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.
