 * Bachelor's Degree in Meteorology, Computer/Information Science, or related field.
 * Familiarity with object oriented programming/design, abstraction
 * Web Design with PHP/HTML5/Javascript/CSS.
 * Strong troubleshooting / problem solving skills.

Experience with any of the following is recommended:

 * Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access
 * Windows Server and/or Linux Systems Administration
 * Graphic Design / Adobe Photoshop
 * MySQL/MariaDB Database
 * GIS/Mapping systems.
 * App Development with Ember-Electron, Ember-Cordova, Corber
 * Automation with Ansible, Github/Gitlab, Github Actions / Gitlab-ci.
 * Scripting: Node.JS, Python
 * Familiarity with AWS and cloud concepts.
 * Troubleshooting/debugging hardware and software in a technical support role., * Bachelor's (Preferred)
