 * Installation & Konfiguration von Clients und Servern
 * Troubleshooting bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit bei internen IT-Projekten
 * Aufspielen des Betriebssystems und Standardsoftware
 * Ticketbearbeitung im Rahmen des 2nd Level Supports
