 * Erste Erfahrungen mit der Microsoft Azure Cloud (Azure AD, ADFS, IaaS, SaaS usw.) und deren Applikationen (O365, Exchange Online, Teams usw.)
 * Administrationskenntnisse in Virtualisierungslösungen (VMware vSphere oder vergleichbares) und published applications (Citrix XenApp oder vergleichbares)
 * Bestenfalls Erfahrungen im Bereich Netzwerk (Switches HPE/Cisco, VLAN, Aruba WLAN, NAC, FW)
 * Eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und hohe Kundenorientierung

## Description

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zu den internen Fachbereichen sowie als Koordinator der externen Dienstleister (u.a. 3rd-Level-Support und Netzwerkdienstleister)
 * Sicherstellung zuverlässiger Cloudservices mit Fokus auf das M365-Portfolio und operative technische Betreuung und Optimierung der Infrastruktur
 * Administration der M365 Systemumgebung (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Office 365 u.a.)
 * Professionelle Störungsanalyse und -beseitigung
 * Betreuung und Schulung der Anwender in anspruchsvollen Projekten
