## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in Payroll Systems, HRIS, Payroll Operations, or a related field
 * Experience supporting enterprise payroll platforms (ADP Vantage experience is highly preferred)
 * Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
 * Understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and multi-state payroll environments
 * Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
 * Experience working in SOX-controlled or highly regulated environments is a plus

 * Lead payroll systems projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
 * Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to optimize payroll technology
 * Support system configuration, testing, implementations, and ongoing enhancements
 * Analyze complex payroll system issues and develop scalable solutions
 * Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
 * Support integrations, reporting, data integrity, and system performance
