 * Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
 * Strong experience in Banking Payments (Mandatory)
 * Experience with:

 * Wire Payments
 * International Payments
 * Cross-Border Payments
 * SWIFT Network (MT/MX Messages)
 * Knowledge of payment processing workflows, settlement, and reconciliation
 * Experience developing REST APIs and event-driven applications
 * SQL experience (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
 * Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD
 * Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus
