Advance AI Product Strategy & Experimentation * Evaluate prototypes, tools, and platforms being developed or tested across IBM * Lead or support experiments that test feasibility, scalability, and workflow integration * Support design of MVPs and contribute to readiness assessments for scale * Shape recommendations for build, integrate, or enhance decisions 3. Build Technology & Transformation Roadmaps * Integrate business needs with data, infrastructure, and platform capabilities * Translate cross-functional input into clear technology and AI enablement plans * Develop multi-quarter transformation roadmaps across domains * Engage with AI governance, risk, and prioritization mechanisms 4. Quantify Value Creation (Transformation & ROI) * Develop value hypotheses and financial models for high-impact AI deployments * Track KPIs and build tooling for visibility into impact and adoption * Support prioritization decisions tied to enterprise value * Prepare executive-caliber materials for leadership forums 5.
