## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
 * 10+ years managing Federal IT programs or application development projects.
 * 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, or enterprise applications.
 * Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), DevSecOps, SDLC, and cloud modernization.
 * Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, ATO, and Section 508.
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 * PMP certification preferred.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead a Federal Application Development and Support Services (ADSS) program. The successful candidate will oversee application development, modernization, cloud migration, operations & maintenance, Agile project delivery, and contract performance while serving as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders.
Responsibilities

 * Lead overall program planning, execution, and contract performance.
 * Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
 * Coordinate Agile software development teams.
 * Oversee application modernization, cloud migration, and system integration.
 * Prepare status reports, executive briefings, risk registers, and project documentation.
 * Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility requirements.
