## Description

You'll help manage our CRM, improve sales workflows, build automations, create reporting, and translate business needs into solutions. You'll also work alongside our internal engineering team as we build custom tools and platforms to support the business.

This is a strong opportunity for someone curious, organized, technically minded, and eager to develop into a business systems or revenue operations professional.

What You'll Do

 * Maintain and improve HubSpot CRM
 * Support sales pipelines and customer workflows
 * Build basic automations, forms, lists, and reports
 * Improve CRM data quality and documentation
 * Help connect systems and eliminate repetitive work
 * Gather requirements from sales and operations
 * Translate business needs for the engineering team
 * Test and support custom internal applications
 * Explore new uses for AI and automation
