This role involves managing hardware and software inventory, responding to support requests through the MIS ticket system, and logging calls for resolution. The specialist configures desktop computers and smartphones, trains staff on equipment and software use, and ensures that anti-virus software and updates are current. Additionally, the role includes telecommunications support and may require travel to remote sites, involving the handling of equipment weighing over twenty pounds.
