Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Salesforce Administrator - **Company:** Bay Area Community Resources - **Location:** Novato, CA, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Salary:** $85,000.0 - $95,000.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Software as a Service, Cloud Computing, System Configuration, Data Transformation, Salesforce.Com, Systems Integration, Apex Code, Advanced Reports, Visualforce, Information Technology, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Data Objects - **Published:** July 18, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=d9b4eac7f0069aaa ## About the Role * 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role * Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities * Salesforce certified administrator * Experience using various software as a service (SaaS) with a focus on integrations and improving the user experience and training Preferred: * Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud expertise, particularly with additional certifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field * Skill with FormAssembly * Familiarity with SOQL queries, data transformations, and advanced reporting. * Comfortable reading and interpreting Apex and Visualforce. * Experience supporting or participating in a Salesforce migration or major implementation * Non-profit experience * Consulting experience, particularly with business process discovery and user story creation. * Experience creating training materials and conducting 1-1 or group training * Security-forward mindset and readiness to work with compliance-sensitive data (e.g., HIPAA/PHI) ## Description * Salesforce Administration: + Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's specific needs. + Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions. + Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. + Develop and implement automation using Flow. + Maintain data integrity and cleanliness by monitoring and resolving data quality issues, including de-duplication of records. * SaaS & Identity Administration: + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the applications accordingly. + Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users. + Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in SaaS applications and recommend adopting them when beneficial. * Training and Documentation: + Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for Salesforce and other SaaS applications. + Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support for existing users. + Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and user guidelines. + Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure effective adoption of Salesforce and SaaS applications. * Collaboration and Support: + Collaborate with Salesforce partners to implement custom solutions and integrations. + Collaborate with BACR's existing Salesforce Administrator and other IT teammates to design and deliver solutions. + Liaise with the user community to gather feedback, understand requirements, and address system issues. + Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users. The pay range for the position is what we reasonably expect to pay.
