The Senior Associate will provide Operational end-user product training for agencies as they migrate to Applied Epic. The position will also provide training and support of other software within the Business Systems, TechOps, Data, AI, & Automations or Retail Operations ecosystem. Day-to-day, this role will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams across Highstreet (Data, Technology, Finance, Legal and HR) and will work alongside multiple strategic service providers., As the organization grows, roles will evolve, and areas of focus will be identified and prioritized by the team.
