This role supports the finance department by ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions and maintaining strong internal controls that support high-quality community services. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to supporting the financial integrity of a nonprofit organization serving individuals and families. If you are looking for a fantastic opportunity with a collaborative team environment and excellent staff, please come and join our CoveCare Center family., * Daily monitoring of and response to email requests for support from myEvolv users. * Serve as the primary point of contact for agency-wide utilization of the electronic medical record (myEvolv by Netsmart), ensuring staff have appropriate access to the EHR. * Build, configure, and maintain electronic forms, clinical documentation templates, assessments, and workflows within the electronic health record. * Design, build, modify, and maintain operational and clinical reports to support agency needs, regulatory requirements, quality improvement initiatives, and leadership decision-making. * Generate, analyze, and distribute a wide variety of routine and ad hoc reports for clinical, administrative, financial, and compliance purposes. * Test newly developed forms, reports, workflows, and system enhancements prior to implementation to ensure functionality, accuracy, and compliance with agency requirements. * Test, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to myEvolv functionality, upgrades, and system utilization. * Initiate, manage, and follow up on support requests through the Netsmart Cares Portal for identified technical issues. * Perform ongoing system maintenance and cleanup, including reviewing data integrity, identifying duplicate or obsolete records, updating configuration settings, and assisting with optimization of the electronic health record. * Review electronic records and documentation to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and ease of retrieval. * Manage user access, security roles, profile creation, modifications, and deactivation in accordance with agency policies. * Provide training and ongoing technical support to staff to enhance proficiency with myEvolv and related electronic systems. * Provide telephone, remote, and in-person technical support to users as needed.
