## Description

IT Operations Coordination - 50%

· Assist with creating efficiencies in IT operation processes.

· Performing administrative tasks that are key to delivery of IT initiatives and services such as

o Asset Management.

o Quarterly User account audit

o Procurement

o Other tasks as assigned.

· Assist with IT projects as needed.

Salesforce Associate-50% of responsibilities - may increase as the organization grows.

· Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.

· Perform simple Salesforce administrative tasks such as

o Create and maintain user accounts.

o Create user profiles and permission sets.

o Create reports, forms, queries for users.

· Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Salesforce CRM

· Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

· Maintain and update knowledge base articles and user guides.

· Train new users on Salesforce CRM

· Participate in Salesforce CRM upgrades and migrations.

· Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce CRM features and functionality.
