In this role, you will design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software solutions for our customers while serving as a technical leader within an Agile SCRUM team. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to deliver scalable, high-quality applications and mentor junior team members. This position is based in Herndon, VA (onsite, no telework) and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required., * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. * 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise .NET Windows and/or modern Web applications. * Strong experience with .NET, ASP.NET, C#, IIS, XML, and JavaScript. * Strong understanding of relational database design (RDBMS) and extensive experience writing and optimizing SQL stored procedures. * Experience working with ALM tools such as IBM Jazz, Azure DevOps (TFS), or similar. * Experience maintaining and enhancing existing software systems by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving software defects. * Experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions using established software engineering principles. * Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and common design patterns. * Experience participating in Agile/SCRUM software development methodologies. * Ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, leadership, and customers. * Proven ability to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers. * Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
