The Senior Reliability Engineer will utilize data-driven methods and cross-functional collaboration to optimize asset performance, support plant safety and compliance, and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role works out of our Duneland facility and reports directly to the Director - Global Maintenance., * Failure Analysis & Root Cause Investigation Lead or support root cause investigations for equipment and process failures. Apply structured problem-solving methods such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and Fault Tree Analysis to identify and eliminate chronic issues. * Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Optimization Evaluate existing maintenance strategies and implement condition-based or predictive technologies (vibration, infrared, ultrasound, oil analysis) to improve uptime and reduce maintenance costs. * Asset Reliability & Performance Monitoring Track and analyze reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE, downtime). Develop performance dashboards and reports using data from CMMS, SCADA, or plant historians. * Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) / FMEA Facilitate or participate in RCM, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and criticality assessments to optimize maintenance plans and ensure asset integrity. * Support Capital Projects and Equipment Design Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure reliability is designed into new systems.
