This position will work closely with the CII user community to solve business problems by configuring the Salesforce platform to meet the operational and strategic goals of the organization. The Salesforce Administrator will assist in building and managing reports and dashboards, overseeing data quality, providing employee training, and implementing new features and functionality as they become available through software updates or enhancements. The Administrator will work with the program managers to develop and document new business procedures.
