The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-user devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring reliable technology operations across manufacturing and office environments., * Onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, RF guns, MLL PCs, and other end-user devices * Incident management, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and SLA-driven support * Preventive maintenance, hardware lifecycle management, and equipment refresh * IT equipment integration with Active Directory (AD), Network, and NAS, * Provide onsite technical support for manufacturing and office IT systems. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), break/fix support, and hardware replacements. * Support lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, and scheduled refresh activities. * Configure and integrate IT equipment with Active Directory, network infrastructure, and NAS. * Support applications and coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. * Assist with incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions. * Participate in installations, upgrades, migrations, testing, and post-implementation support. * Maintain asset inventory, ticket documentation, and knowledge base updates. * Ensure compliance with security, change management, and audit requirements.
