We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more., * Be self-motivated and capable of managing time to efficiently complete assigned tasks. * Proficient and comfortable using company-provisioned technology resources.Computer, iPad, smartphone and associated programs and apps. * Basic understanding of construction principles. * Basic technical aptitude to interpret detail drawings and construction blueprints or ability to learn quickly. * Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including field personnel, project managers, engineers, and clients. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn documentation systems. * Willingness to travel as business needs require., * Associate's degree or technical certification in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 0-2 years of experience supporting construction, manufacturing, commissioning, deployment, field operations, logistics, or project coordination. * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. * TSA approved travel documents.
