## About the Role

* 2-3 years of previous customer service experience is required.
 * Previous self-storage experience preferred, but not required., * Strong customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to handle administrative tasks and documentation accurately.
 * Ability to travel between Renton and Kent (about 15 minutes) during the week.
 * Basic computer proficiency (email, software systems, data entry).
 * Strong attention to detail (lock audits, paperwork, deposits).
 * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
 * Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
 * Willingness to perform light maintenance (cleaning units, sweeping, landscaping).
 * Ability to conduct security walks and follow safety procedures.
 * Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
 * Must have reliable transportation.

## Description

* Assist customers with move-ins, move-outs, and storage inquiries.
 * Prepare and process customer notices, delinquency documentation, and related administrative paperwork.
 * Complete daily deposit reconciliation using facility management software and banking systems (training provided).
 * Utilize facility management software, email, and basic computer systems for daily operations.
 * Answer phones and provide in-person customer service support.
 * Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
 * Conduct daily security walks of the property.
 * Sweep units, roll-up doors, and common areas; perform light landscaping.
 * Conduct weekly lock audits to ensure unit security.
 * Assist with auction preparation and related paperwork.
 * Perform weekly golf cart inspections., * Consistent part-time schedule (up to 30 hours/week)!
