 * MS Office suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) - advanced proficiency.
 * Esri ArcGIS Enterprise - intermediate proficiency.
 * Utility Network - intermediate proficiency.
 * Model Builder - intermediate proficiency.
 * Python - intermediate proficiency.

## Description

* Oversee GIS technical operations, ensuring optimal data management and visualization practices.
 * Lead complex GIS projects, from data management to visualization.
 * Mentor junior GIS technicians.
 * Ensure alignment of technical activities with GIS strategies.
 * Engage with stakeholders on GIS technical requirements.
 * Drive continuous improvement in GIS technical operations.
 * Proficiency with linear referencing techniques and concepts is highly recommended
 * Knowledge of the Utility and Pipeline Data model (UPDM) is highly recommended.
 * Provides specialized queries, maps and reports to meet customer requirements/specifications.
 * Performs application testing and documentation of defects.
 * Interfaces with users; documents requested/needed changes.
 * Processes, prepares and converts data to enter into GIS from a variety of data formats.
 * Perform QA/QC on version data that pushes to the production environment.
