## Description

We are seeking experienced Desktop Support Specialists to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, networking, and end-user technology issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting diverse desktop environments, deploying equipment, maintaining inventory, and providing technical assistance both independently and as part of a collaborative support team., + Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.

 + Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.

 + Deliver both remote and onsite technical assistance to end users.

 + Install, configure, deploy, and support workstation hardware and software.

 + Manage equipment setup, replacement, and inventory documentation.

 + Support classroom, meeting room, and presentation technology environments.

 + Troubleshoot audio/visual equipment and instructional technology systems.

 + Perform preventative maintenance and upgrades on technology equipment.

 + Communicate system outages, service interruptions, and support updates.

 + Document incidents, resolutions, procedures, and asset information.

 + Assist with complex technical projects and escalations as needed.

 + Provide user training and guidance on supported technologies.
