* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years experience.
 * Prior experience in C,C++, andPythonprogramming.
 * Previous experience withhardwareanddevice driverdevelopment background, including experience withLinuxhardwarebring-up.
 * Prior experience withSonic,ONIE,BMC,IPMI, and/orRedfishtechnologies.
 * Prior experience in developing,debugging, and validatingembeddedsystems anddevice drivers forprotocols such asI2C,SPI,UART,PCIe, and/orGPIO.

Preferred Skills

 * Proficient inkerneldebugging tools such asGDBandKGDB.
 * Prior experience developing software from concept through delivery for large-scale, high-bandwidth systems.
 * Previous experience in troubleshooting software defects fromkernelmodules to applications.
 * Prior experience with collaborative system design, specification writing, and requirements review.
 * Commitment to quality, mentoring, and continuous learning innetworking, optics, andembeddedsystems.
 * Experience with AI/ML.
 * Knowledge ofLayer2/3 networkprotocols.
 * Strong troubleshooting anddebugging skills.
 * Experience with network processors and opticalnetworking.
 * Familiarity with secure-boot,open-sourcetools,CMIS, andSFFstandards (SFP,QSFP).
