understanding of networking concepts like TCP, firewalls, remote access and VLANs; ability to troubleshoot, analyze system logs and diagnose faults and resolve software or hardware issues; Windows domain controller skills such as configuring domain policies and rules; Installation and upgradation of software on a live system; Experion PKS (Process Knowledge solution) knowledge; Preoperatory tools such as Diagnostic capture Tool, control Builder, configuration studio, Enabled service;
